1. looked beautiful, but in a simple way (it's enough of a statement to be wearing one!)
2. didn't cost a lot (due to brokeness of youth)
3. I could find in NC
I can't believe I didn't think of using a simple ribbon ... I think it's lovely and I happen to have the perfect one in my collection!
